🎧 Conceptualized and executed full editorial rebrands of two podcasts in the wellness space, increasing audience engagement and brand visibility episode over episode. Provided ad hoc story editing and podcast consulting services for multiple seasons of each rebranded podcast, innovating content and growing the number of seasons and episodes.

👯‍♀️ Collaborated with award-winning, global women’s leadership podcast, How to Own the Room, on a 5-part storytelling masterclass series, building new, global audiences and customers for each partner. Presented as a resident storytelling SME for Women Together with the Eileen Fisher Leadership Institute, leading virtual workshops with a 400+ global audience of multi-generational women leaders.

🎤 Produced, project managed, and hosted over 100 sold out live storytelling events at a single venue, cultivating community, driving brand awareness, and generating multiple streams of revenue for the business. Built out and executed additional sold out event partnerships with cultural institutions like the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Mütter Museum, Arden Theatre Company, and the Kelly Writer’s House, resulting in new audiences and customers for each partner.

📝 Conceptualized and crafted website copy, landing pages, newsletter content, and blog posts for the brand, increasing audience engagement, building brand loyalty, and converting visitors into customers with consistent growth throughout intentional service pivots and rebrands.

✨ Developed editorial extensions of company’s “Speak Up” brand across platforms, including 25 virtual events with global attendance of 100+ each session, educational materials, branded merchandise, a 3-hour Apple Music playlist, a weekly email newsletter with an open rate of over 75% and an accompanying audio newsletter.

👩🏼‍💼 Consulted and coached over 1000 creative professionals, senior leaders, and entrepreneurs on stories and multimedia content, including material for key communications initiatives, integrated marketing experiences, crisis communications, press materials, media briefing documents, spokesperson bios, and key deliverables for interviews and speaking opportunities.

🤑 Led all business development and sales efforts for company, establishing a full portfolio of high profile global clients (companies and individuals), repeatedly increasing revenue by 200%.

💼 Managed and maintained multiple complex programming calendars for virtual and live events, client services across time zones, and day-to-day business operations, streamlining workflows and creating more efficient SOPs.

🧠 Developed original podcast concept and owned the full production cycle for a three season long form narrative podcast and a three season 2-way interview podcast (interviewing, scripting + editing, sound design, and post-production), expanding the creative scope and streamlining workflows from season to season.

👭 Booked high profile interviews using a combination of cold outreach and established networks, resulting in a roster of podcast guests that fully aligned with the show’s vision, brand, and audience demographics.

💌 Launched a spin-off newsletter, “Go”, deepening audience engagement with a consistent open rate of over 80%.

🎤 Conceptualized, produced, and project managed a sold out, multimedia live storytelling show as part of a weeklong comedy festival, leading to the development of a multi-season, serialized narrative podcast.
